- Product returns
In cases where you consider that, at the time of delivery, the product does not conform to the contract, you must contact us immediately within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.
The products shall be deemed to be in conformity with the contract provided that:
- Conform to the description provided by us and possess the qualities that we have presented on the Web Site.
- Are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily destined.
- Have the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that can be reasonably expected.

In a short time EL CRONÓMETRO will send you a label with the address and a return number, necessary for the shipment. It is necessary to print this label and attach it to the package in a clearly visible manner.

2.- Packing of the goods
The parts must be sent in a closed package, in perfect condition and packed separately without rubbing or damage and if possible in their original packaging, with the warranty label attached as received. It will speed up the procedures if they are accompanied by a copy of the invoice or order.
Products bearing a seal must be returned with the seal on, without removing it.
3.- Form of transport
EL CRONÓMETRO will be responsible for the total cost of shipping the returned parts.
4.- Refund of the collection
According to EU regulations, if you have bought a product that is defective, does not work or does not correspond to what was advertised, the seller must repair it, exchange it, give you a discount or refund you the amount paid.
If you have purchased a product online on our website, you also have the right to cancel and return the order within 14 days.
Once the return has been made and after receiving your package in our warehouse, it will take us a few days to check the condition of the product and in the case of a defective product to process the return.
The reasons to declare for returned products must be some of the following: product deficiency, wrong purchase or wrong size.

- Right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an e-mail to elcronometro@elcronometro.com indicating your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement.
To do so, you may use the model withdrawal form at the end of these terms and conditions of purchase (model withdrawal form), although its use is not mandatory.
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges if applicable, without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of return of the goods.
You must return the products to us within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, and you must bear the direct cost of returning the products.

The online store is open 24 hours a day. However, the store may be closed for maintenance. For your convenience, we strive to perform such work at night.
To make purchases on elcronometro.com you must be at least 18 years of age and have a credit card accepted by us. If you are under 18 years of age, you do not have the legal right to shop at elcronometro.com.

At the moment we can only fulfill your order if the delivery address is a home or office in one of the countries listed under “Delivery Locations”. Therefore, our online store is designed to be used only by people living in the above mentioned countries. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
