Jaeger-LeCoultre is a fully integrated manufacture encompassing more than 180 crafts under one roof. From research and development to design, through assembly, decoration and adjustment, each distinct phase in the creation of a Jaeger-LeCoultre watch is carried out at the Manufacture, which is located in the Vallée de Joux in Switzerland.
This quest for excellence drives the Maison’s creativity as well as the quality of its timepieces. In addition, Jaeger-LeCoultre is constantly striving to improve customer satisfaction. Jaeger-LeCoultre, with the ambition to always provide more comprehensive and innovative tailor-made experiences to its customers, offers the Care Program maintenance program, in line with the changing needs of global customers and the desire for customized training, technical expertise and content.
Description
Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Care Program is based on two pillars:
An international limited warranty that can be extended for up to eight years
Highly personalized experience with information, advice and value-added services
How does it work?
Watches that are covered by the original “International Limited Warranty” at the time of their online registration in the Jaeger-LeCoultre Care Program are eligible for the extended warranty.
By registering your watch on the specialized online platform, the duration of the “International Limited Warranty” will be extended to eight years: from two to eight years for all watches and from three to eight years for Atmos watches.
The “International Limited Warranty” covers all manufacturing defects, so these conditions of applicability remain unchanged.

PERSONALIZED IN-STORE SERVICES
You will have access to value-added services related to the maintenance and improvement of your specimens, such as functional overhauls and the engraving tool.
PERSONALIZED ONLINE SERVICES
You can learn every detail about the specific characteristics of your watch, its history and functions, all from our craftsmen. In addition, you will receive personalized advice on the use and maintenance of your own specimen. You will also have access to pre-configured digital tools that will allow you to personalize your watch and take care of it throughout its lifetime.

El programa de mantenimiento Care Program de Jaeger‑LeCoultre se basa en dos pilares:

¿Cómo funciona?
Los relojes que cuenten con la cobertura de la “garantía limitada internacional” original en el momento de su registro en línea en el programa de mantenimiento Care Program de Jaeger‑LeCoultre, podrán optar a la ampliación de la garantía.
Al registrar su reloj correspondiente en la plataforma online especializada, la duración de la « Garantía Limitada Internacional » se ampliará hasta a un plazo de ocho años: de dos a ocho años para todos los relojes y de tres a ocho años para los relojes Atmos.
La « Garantía Limitada Internacional » cubre todos los defectos de fabricación, de modo que estas condiciones de aplicabilidad se mantienen sin cambios.
