Shipping and Returns

Scope of delivery

Orders placed through elcronometro.com are shipped to Peninsula and Balearic Islands, as well as to European Union countries in the Euro zone. We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands or PO Boxes.

Delivery times and costs

Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
Estimated delivery in 24-48 business hours. Shipping is free of charge.

European Union (Euro zone)
Estimated delivery in 7 to 12 working days. The cost is calculated according to the country of destination and is shown before finalizing the order.

Order tracking

After shipment you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number to check the status of your order.

Right of withdrawal

You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to notify incidents without justification. To exercise it you must:

Send an email to elcronometro@elcronometro.com indicating order number, products to be returned and if you want a refund or exchange.

You will receive a return label with your reference.

Pack items correctly, preferably in their original packaging and with no signs of use.

Send the package according to the instructions we will provide you with. The Chronometer will assume the cost of return.

We do not accept returns of products that have been tampered with, are unsealed or show signs of misuse.

Defective or nonconforming product

If the product is defective or does not match what is advertised, El Cronómetro undertakes to repair, replace or refund at no additional cost. You must inform us within a maximum of two months of detection. The legal warranty covers defects for three years after delivery.

Conditions of reimbursement

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt and verification of the product, using the same means of payment used. If the item does not meet the conditions (use, packaging, handling), the refund may be partial or refused, informing you of the reason.

Exclusions to the right of withdrawal

We do not accept returns of customized products, custom-made products or specific adjustments requested by the customer.

Size or model changes

If you wish to exchange a product, you must follow the return procedure and make a new purchase.

Repayment term

The amount will be reimbursed within a maximum of 14 calendar days, although El Cronómetro may withhold reimbursement until receipt and verification of the goods.
