This new creation utilizes a modern interpretation of the 62GS case design, paired with a dial that captures a unique moment in Japan’s seasonal landscape. For the first time in a non-limited edition 62GS model, 18k yellow gold has been used for the case. The dial’s pale green hue evokes the budding leaves that follow cherry blossoms at the end of spring, shimmering in the morning sunlight. With its soft comfort and ease of use, the leather strap harmonizes with the dial’s subtle color for an elegant impression. Created by the skilled artisans of Grand Seiko Studio Shizukuishi, the Hi-Beat caliber 9S85 achieves its stable precision thanks to its high frequency of 36,000 vph.
