Longines has always linked its name with the world of sport. It is therefore only natural that he should put his experience at the service of diving.
It all began in 1937, when hermeticity became a quality criterion. Longines then developed a case with hermetically sealed pushers for its legendary 13ZN caliber, and made sure to patent the design. The winged hourglass brand then signed several developments that would lead it to present, in 1958, its first civilian diving watch and, during the 1960s, several different models of this type.
