Its distinctive elements—the robust cushion-shaped case, the crown guard, the luminescent numerals, and the sandwich dial—reflect a functional approach forged by the demands of underwater missions. Designed for reliability, the watch combines excellent water resistance, high legibility, and a hand-wound caliber with an extended power reserve. Reinterpreting the historic case architecture of the 6152/1 in a 44 mm diameter, the PAM01731 takes the technical principles that defined the original Panerai toolwatches even further.
